Certificates/Supporting Documents

The certificates/supporting documents must be in GREEK or ENGLISH. In case those have been issued in another language, they must definitely be accompanied by formal, certified translation in Greek or English.

  1. Copy of Cypriot Identification Card or Alien Registration Card (MANDATORY)
  2. Copy of Certification of Secondary School Completion (MANDATORY)
  3. Copy of registration for full time of the applicant from University/College/Academy for the academic year 2024-2025
  4. Proof of annual income of the FATHER and MOTHER of the applicant for the year 2023 (from social security, or income tax), even if either is unemployed (MANDATORY).
  5. In case the applicant is married, the annual income of the spouse, for the year 2023 should be included (from social security or income tax).
  6. Detailed Transcript from the previous academic year. (where applied)
  7. Copy of the National Guard Discharge Papers/or Type A certificate which states the reasons for the applicant’s discharge. (where it applies)
  8. Parent’s death certificate. (in case of an orphan applicant)
  9. Copy of parents’ Divorce. (in case the applicant’s parents are divorced)
  10. Medical certificate of disease/disability/inability. (in the case of an applicant with health/mobility issues)
  11. Birth certificate of dependent children. (If it applies)
  12. Copy of the large family or five member family card. (If it applies)
  13. Proof of annual income of the applicant (IF THE APPLICANT IS EMPLOYED), for the year 2023 (either from social security or income tax)
  14. Proof of assets. (If it applies)
  15. Proof for bonds, stocks and other financial information. (If it applies)
  16. Bank Statements for family LOANS and DEPOSITS.
  17. Proof of payment of University tuition account and balance.
  18. Lease Agreement for the applicant’s place of residence. (MANDATORY in case the applicant does not pay tuition)
  19. Confirmation for the Applicant’s Scholarship Award. (NATIONAL or OTHER)
  20. Supporting Documents for any emergency that has occurred in the family.
