No income and no property criteria
- Children orphaned by both parents.
- Children of the victims of the explosion in Mari in 2011, the crash of the Helios aircraft on 14/08/2005 and victims in the course of public duty.
- Children of the enclaved.
- Children who until the age of 18 were under the guardianship of the Director of Social Welfare Services.
- For large families with 5 or more dependent children.
- For single-parent families with 4 or more dependent children.
Beneficiaries with income and assets [1] criteria
- For families with up to 2 dependent children and with a maximum gross income of 25 thousand euros annually.
- For families with 3 dependent children and with a maximum gross income of 30 thousand euros annually.
- For large families with 4 dependent children and with a maximum gross income of 65 thousand euros annually.
- For single-parent families with 3 dependent children and with a maximum gross income of 40 thousand euros annually.
[1] A family whose total assets do not exceed €1.2 million is entitled to apply.
For the calculation of assets, the following are taken into account:
- the financial assets of the family at current prices (eg deposits, shares, securities, bonds), and
- the immovable property of the family at prices of the current general assessment of the Land Registry and Land Surveying Department on the date of submission of the application as calculated by the Land Registry and Land Surveying Department of the State.
